To provide a conveyance device and a conveyance method for a molded product for charging the product into a trim device in the next process simply in synchronization without requiring manual labor when a product taking-out worker at a molding line takes out the product and puts it in keeping.
This conveyance device for the resin-molded product is composed of a first transfer means 7 for letting a first receive base 3 supporting the molded product in the vicinity of both ends in its longitudinal direction at least advance and retract and a second transfer means 9 for circulating a second receive base 4 which passes through the first receive base while rising to ascent, advance, descent, and retraction. The first and second transfer means are arranged in such a way that the first receive base 3 waiting at an advance end of the first transfer means is positioned in a rising space of the second transfer means and passes through the first receive base 3 during rise of the second receive base 4 for transfer. This conveyance device is provided with a charging position for loading the molded product by putting the first receive base at a retraction end, and a third receive base 5 is provided in front of a terminal of lowering operation of the second receive base to use it as a delivery position of the molded product.
