Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying heating device capable of reducing time required for a change-over while securing safety, as well as providing a maintenance state using the same mechanisms.SOLUTION: A carrying heating device comprises: a carrying unit for carrying an object to be heated; a lower furnace body placed on the lower part of the carrying unit; an upper furnace body disposed on the upper part of the carrying unit, to be arranged facing the lower furnace body; a first driving mechanism for forming a first opening between the lower furnace body and the upper furnace body; a lower housing and a hood constituting a housing for encasing the lower furnace body, the upper furnace body and the carrying unit; a second driving mechanism for forming a second opening between the lower housing and the hood; and a control part for switching for controlling the first and second driving mechanisms to switch among a heating state in which the first and second openings are not formed, a change-over state in which the first opening is formed while the second opening is not formed, and a maintenance state in which the first and second openings are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
