Abstract:
To provide a system, of low cost because of unnecessary incorporation of a sensor into a transfer line 103, capable of detecting a present position of a transfer body, estimating a position of the transfer line 103 and detecting a failure.SOLUTION: A transfer system 100 includes a state sensor 107 for detecting a transfer state in a transfer body 101 and extracts a characteristic amount from a signal detected by the state sensor 107 built in the transfer body 101 when the transfer body passes through a connection section 104, a branch section 106 and a stop section 105 on a transfer line 103 and checks it against a route information database 218 of the transfer system, thereby estimating a position of the transfer body 101 and detecting presence/absence of a failure in the transfer line 103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
