PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance order determination device capable of reducing inconvenience caused during delivery accommodation operations, a delivery assorting system, and a conveyance order determination method.SOLUTION: A conveyance order determination device of an embodiment includes a selection part and a determination part. The selection part selects an arrangement position of a delivery in a transportation medium, on the basis of information on the delivery. The determination determines a delivery conveyance order on the basis of the selected arrangement position.
