Abstract:
To provide a transfer roller of a drying furnace which allows support shafts and a metal roller to be easily separated and allows the metal roller to be easily replaced.SOLUTION: A pair of shaft-side flanges 40a, 42a fixed to shaft ends of a pair of support shafts 40, 42 is removably fastened to roller-side flanges 44a, 44b fixed to both ends of a metal roller 44. A fitting protrusion 46 protruding from a central part of each shaft-side flange 40a, 42a is fitted into a fitting hole 48 formed in the corresponding roller-side flange 44a, 44b and is centered. Accordingly, the support shafts 40, 42 and the metal roller 44 can be easily separated, and the metal roller 44 can be easily replaced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
