Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a layer picking device which can pick up materials to be picked up without falling down them and changing their attitude even if they are piled up and arranged at random.
CONSTITUTION: By advancing a cart 31 into a pick-up region while regulating the position of a plurality of corrugated fibreboard box 90 by a pressing plate 14-1 in a first positioning stopper mechanism 14, a pick-up roller 15 at a tip of the cart 31 is pushed into a lower section of the uppermost corrugated fibreboard box 90 which is put in the pick-up region. During this time, a pressing plate 18-5 in a first clamp mechanism 18 prevents falling-down of the corrugated fibreboard box 90 which is likely to fall down due to the penetration of the pick-up roller 15. When the pick-up roller 15 penetrates into the most inner part of the pick-up region, the uppermost corrugated fibreboard box 90 is transferred onto a transfer belt 32. After that, the pressing plate 18-5 is turned upward, and the cart 31 runs in the opposite direction.
