Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil falling down prevention device capable of carrying a wire material coil in and out safely by providing an interlocking drive means turning a support member in a loading part and a pair of support members by an equal turn amount mutually and a control means thereof and controlling a turn amount in accordance with a size of the wire coil.
SOLUTION: A pressing lever (support member) 13 is formed in substantially L shape and supports both end faces 60A in the direction of axial line of a wire coil 60 in its horizontal part (support part) 13A. Moreover, the pressing lever 13 is formed in such a way that it can turn using its lower end part 13p as the center of turn to correspond to a length (size) in the direction of axial line of the wire coil 60. A drive means 21 stops its drive at a position where the horizontal part 13A of the pressing lever 13 comes into contact with both end faces 60A in the direction of axial line of the wire coil 60 to support a position higher than a height of the substantially center of the wire coil 60 mechanically from both end parts in the direction of axial line. Consequently, it is possible to cary the wire material coils 60 of all sizes in and out while preventing falling down of the wire coils 60.
