Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently change the attitude of a conveyed object by providing a conveyed object support part inclining downward in a conveying direction, between two screws, and rotating the conveyed object forward or backward to change the conveyed attitude.
SOLUTION: A forward rotating part of a conveyed object 3 between screws 1, 2 is provided with a support part 4 inclining downward in a conveying direction. The screws 1, 2 are rotated in such a way that the opposed sides are vertically moved, and an upper stage and a lower stage conveyors 5, 6 are driven to feed the conveyed object between the screws 1, 2. When the conveyed object 3 conveyed on the upper stage conveyor 5 comes to the upperflow side 42 of the support part 4, the conveying direction front end part starts descending along an inclined face 41. At the same time, the conveying direction rear end part is gradually raised being rubbed by the flute faces of flutes 11, 21 of the screws 1, 2, and when the conveyed object 3 passes the downflow side 43 of the support part 4, an attitude change by forward rotation is almost completed.
