Abstract:
To increase the accuracy of processing of detecting a carried object or of determination processing and also reduce the time required for the processing.SOLUTION: The carried object detection processing system includes: image acquisition means for repeatedly acquiring an image of a measurement area ME on a carrying route 121 where a carried object CA is carried by imaging by imaging means CM; back surface side irradiation means 130 for applying light from the back surface of the carrying surface to imaging means through a light passing region 121c formed in carrying surfaces 121a and 121b of the carrying route in the measurement area; and carried object detection means for detecting the presence of the carried object in the measurement area or a position range WDS by using information which shows the range of a part of the light passing region that is blocked from light by the carried object or a part of the light passing region that is not blocked from light by the carried object in the image data in the measurement area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
