Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the size and cost of a transfer device for loading and unloading conveyed objects between a conveyed object suspension conveying hanger and a conveyed object support conveying carriage.
CONSTITUTION: A first lift and transfer means 31 is provided with a conveyed object support member 39 and lift bodies 33A and 33B which support the support member 39 on its top and lift it up and down on a travel route of a carriage 15. Also the lift bodies 33A and 33B lift up and down through the middle position of the conveyed object receiving parts 11a and 11b of a hanger 8. Then a second lift and transfer means 32 is provided with a pair of right and left conveyed object receiving members 55 and a pair of right and left lift members 50A and 50B which support the members 55 on its top end respectively and lift up and down. The lift members 50A and 50B lifts up and down both right and left outside positions of a carriage travel route, and the travel route of the carriage 15 is provided on the conveyed object support member 39 of the first lift and transfer means 31 located at the lower limit position.
