PURPOSE: To realize safe and smooth conveyance of a very thin and wide film material by constituting a conveying roller by successively connecting a pair of large diameter disks in line with both ends of a small diameter disk, blowing fluid in an internal surface side of the film material, and applying energizing force toward the outside to the film material.
CONSTITUTION: This conveyer has a conveying roller 10 constituted by connecting a pair of disks 11, 12 to both ends of a shaft 13, and by blowing fluid (pressure air or the like) to a part brought into contact of a film material F by a fluid blower 40 in an internal surface side of the film material F, energizing force toward the outside is applied to the film material F. The fluid blower 40 has a nozzle pipe 41 having a plurality of nozzles 42 arranged in parallel to the shaft 13 between both the disks 11, 12, to supply the fluid from a fluid source 44 via a flow regulating unit 43. In this way, the very thin and wide film material F of FPC material or the like can be smoothly conveyed in low tension further at a low speed without generating a flaw and dent.
