PURPOSE: To eliminate necessity for an overhead traveling crane or the like by constituting a conveyer, which is for transfer-loading a rolling stock between two sets of parallel rails, by providing a T-shaped frame made transversely movable on a rail orthogonal to the two sets of the rails and a jack device set up in a central piece of the frame.

CONSTITUTION: A body 10 of a rolling stock has two easy-to-mount/remove bogies 15 for transversely moving a vehicle so as to be reloaded between rails 22, 22 by supporting the body 10 from below. A cross transferring bogie 30 is arranged in each bogie 15 to run on a rail 25 orthogonal to the rails 22, 22. A frame 31 of this bogie 30 is formed in T shape, and a central piece 31a of the bogie 31 is interposed between the bogie 15 and the rail 25. Two driven wheels 36, provided with a flange to run on the rail 25, are provided in this central piece 31a, and a drive wheel 25, running on a floor surface, is provided in both ends of the other piece 31b not inserted below the bogie 15. Further, an auxiliary wheel 37 with no flange is provided in the vicinity of the one driven wheel 36, in the central piece 31a, and also setting up hydraulic jacks 41, 41 for supporting the bogie 15.
