To improve the operation efficiency of a conveying apparatus by providing a driving hook on plural trucks capable of freely moving on the floor surface with the driving force from the outside, and hooking the driving hook on a pin provided on an endless driver to transmit the driving force, thereby moving the truck.

Both ends of an endless driver 3 are provided with a meandering part 5 where a chain 10 is folded plural times by plural gears to meander. For example, an I-shaped pin 4 provided on a chain attachment 12 is reversed by a gear 13a for returning from the drive transmitting direction, and hooking on the I-shaped pin is released by reversing at the return, so that a driving hook 2 is separated from the pin 4 to be temporarily stopped. Thus, hooking between the S-shaped driving hook 2 and the I-shaped pin 4 is released by reversing at the return, so that conveyance can be made temporarily stagnate to execute a switching work to different operation process in the midway.
