Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying conveyor capable of sucking and holding various kinds of workpieces and a surface treatment device which uses the conveying conveyor and has high treatment efficiency.SOLUTION: In a conveying conveyor 30 of a surface treatment device 10, many through-holes 34 are formed, through which a workpiece W is fed in a conveyance direction and rotary brushes 18 and 20 are passed. Holding sheets 50, 60, 70 and 80 are detachably mounted in a conveyor belt 32. In the holding sheets 50 to 80, suction holes 52, 62, 72, 82 and 84 are formed to have shapes, dimensions and arrangements according to the shape and dimension of the workpiece W. A suction chamber 38 is decompressed by a decompression device 40 so as to suck and hold the workpiece on holding sheets 50 to 80 through the suction holes. By using the holding sheets according to the shape and dimension of the workpiece W, various kinds of workpieces can be excellently held. In the surface treatment device 10 using the conveying conveyor 30, treatment efficiency is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
