Abstract:
PURPOSE:To efficiently remove clogging by detecting the clogging of a bulk material within the installed section of plural air feeding valves provided in a bulk material conveying pipe, in a form of a pressure difference by means of an upper course side air feeding valve and jetting out an auxiliary air via check valves. CONSTITUTION:If a bulk material clogging portion 28 is generated in a conveying pipe 3 between air feeding valves 1-1 and 1-2, the pressure on the upper course side is increased while a pressure on the lower course side is reduced increasing the pressure difference between a point B and a point C and, as this pressure difference becomes above a defined value, it presses the diaphragm of the air valve 1-1 to open the valve. Thereby, an auxiliary air from auxiliary air feeding pipes 4 jets simultaneously out of check valves 2-1, removing the clogging of the bulk material. Thereby, the detection of pressure difference and the feeding of auxiliary air can be performed through one air feeding valve, simplifying equipment while efficiently removing clogging.
