Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal loosening and damage of a printing medium by cooperatively controlling a plurality of conveying units when a conveying speed is accelerated or decelerated.SOLUTION: In increase or decrease of a conveying speed of a printing medium WP, according to a timing when a conveying speed in a divided acceleration section or a conveying speed in a divided deceleration section set by a CPU 51 is changed in a drive roller 13b being a base shaft, a control unit 12 changes conveying speeds of other drive rollers 13a, 17a, and 17b. Therefore, the other drive rollers 13a, 17a, and 17b are cooperatively controlled according to motions of the drive roller 13b, so that abnormal loosening and damage of the continuous sheet WP can be prevented when the conveying speed is accelerated or decelerated.
