To provide a machining line conveying device capable of minimizing stagnation of work upstream of a second processing machine by absorbing a difference of machining time between a first processing machine and the second processing machine even when the second processing machine has longer machining time than that of the first processing machine after the first processing machine.
In the machining line, the second processing machine 3 is arranged after the first processing machine 2 via a conveying device 6, and the processing machines 2 and 3 sequentially machine work W. The conveying device 6 is provided with a stock area 64 capable of stocking the work W on the way of conveying. The stock area 64 is a part for stopping the conveyed work W at the midway position when the machining time of the work W by the second processing machine 3 is longer than that by the first processing machine 2, and the second processing machine 3 conveys the work W after a predetermined time.
