Abstract:
To provide a conveying device capable of preventing quality of a conveyance object from being degraded, and to provide a conveying method therefor.SOLUTION: A conveying device for conveying a conveyance object from a high position to a low position, comprises a long length-shaped tilted chute member that makes the conveyance object flow down. The chute member is provided with a halfway portion and an end portion. The end portion includes a discharge port for discharging the conveyance object that is made to flow down. The conveyance object is possible to be held at the halfway portion in a state where the discharge port is opened facing downward. The conveying device further comprises a lift member for upwardly lifting the halfway portion of the chute member. The chute member is cylindrically long length-shaped in a deformable manner. When the halfway portion is lifted upward by the lift member, the conveyance object may be possible to be held on an upper stream side than the lifted halfway portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
