Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sure and smooth riding-on from a first conveyer to a second conveyer by providing a third conveyer inclinedly set upward toward a foremost end of the second conveyer downstream of an interval between the first conveyer pair.
SOLUTION: A pair of first conveyers 1, 1 are set at an interval G in the horizontal direction, and downstream of the pair 1, 1 a second conveyer is set which has a width the same as that of the pair 1, 1 and is set at a position corresponding to the gap G. Downstream of the gap G a third conveyer 3 is set which is inclined upward and arranged toward a foremost end of the second conveyer 2. In the case where a recycle bottle is inverted and suspended while moved, the bottle is conveyed by the pair 1, 1 and the lower half of the bottle is raised by the third conveyer 3, and smoothly moved onto the second conveyer 2 on the next stage.
