To provide a conveying device for device items in a rescue vehicle or the like, changeable in the positions of stoppers and guide devices in rails so as to be more flexible in use than the conventional devices.

A conveying device is provided with a device container 28 of box shape and two rails 16, 30. The device container 28 is movable along these rails 16, 30. The rails 16, 30 formed as L-shape parts are provided with undercut grooves 42, 44, 46, 48 into which plastic parts 62, 64,... are inserted. Rollers 24, 38 and stoppers 22, 40 can also be fixed in these grooves.
