Abstract:
To provide a conveying device attaining reduction of manufacturing cost and power-saving, capable of obtaining stable traveling by an electric caster and enhancing flexibility in traveling.
In the conveying vehicle 1 having the electric caster 21 mounted to a vehicle body 2, the electric caster 21 includes a pair of drive wheels 32, 33, a motor 45 is built-in in each of the drive wheels 32, 33 and is independently drivable, and a traveling direction is changeable by difference of rotation of the pair of drive wheels 32, 33. A solenoid clutch 70 for transmitting drive of the electric caster 21 to the vehicle body 2 and capable of removing it is connected to the electric caster 21.
