Abstract:
To provide a conveying device capable of carrying out easily and safely conveyance of an article to be conveyed, particularly a vertically long heavy article, and subsequent installation thereof regardless of a barycentric position of the article to be conveyed.SOLUTION: A conveying device 1 of the present invention is constituted by a swinging body 2 equipped with a loading table 21 on which an article to be conveyed is loaded, and a carriage 3 pivotally supporting the swinging body 2 so as to be swingable. The swinging body 2 includes a pair of support shafts mounted to right and left wall faces so as to be movable or changeable in a position in a longitudinal direction and/or a vertical direction, and is constituted by a swinging main body comprising a box-shaped body having a space for housing the article to be conveyed. The carriage 3 is constituted by a carriage main body including a pair of liftably mounted support columns, and is constituted so that the support shafts are pivotally supported by bearings disposed to the support columns, whereby the swinging body 2 is swung.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
