Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyer which is inexpensive, has high designing freedom, and transfers a truck certainly, by enabling the truck to move carrying a work on a process line and a base table which conveys the truck to rotatably support a magnet-made roller which rotates on a rail in a conveying zone.
SOLUTION: A plain-plate-shaped base table 3 moves along a rail 2, and at the front side and back side of the base table 3, permanent-magnet-made rollers 4, 4 are supported by the base table 3 such that they can rotate on a rail 2. In this supporting structure, rotational shaft 4a are placed between brackets 3a, 3a and rollers 4 are attached to them. A controlling unit in a controlling unit box 6 controls them. The base table 3 includes upward-projecting dog 12 at height where the dog 12 can engages with a hook 1c which is hung downward from lower side of the front end of a truck 1. Thus, designing freedom of the truck 1 in relation with height can be improved, and simple entire structure enables manufacturing cost to be reduced.
