Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable conveyance by restraining vibration given to conveyed objects and reducing friction resistance thereof.
SOLUTION: Conveying plate groups 8, 9, which are supported by the upper part of both ends of a base 1 in a rotationally movable manner by a drive source 5, are oppositely provided between two parallel shafts 3, 3 and yet on the shaft ends in a peristaltically movable manner through an eccentric bearing 11. The conveying plate groups arranged so as to cross between both shaft ends are respectively composed by overlapping a plurality of plates on top of another. The eccentric bearings of respective conveying plates are supported by the shaft by mutually sliding their phases by a fixed quantity. The top of the conveying plate is provided with a plurality of protruding supporting pieces 8a, 8b, 8c and 9a, 9b, 9c supporting the bottom of the conveying goods and the supporting pieces of the respective overlapping conveying plates are arranged by sliding their respective protruding positions.
