PURPOSE: To attain a precise overlap transfer and a precise double-sided transfer by feeding materials to be transferred, which are accumulated in an accumulation part, toward a guiding body and allowing its one edge side to abut on the guide body to be around it, thereby aligning a position.

CONSTITUTION: The cam 45 of a driving shaft 42 is turned to turn a turn lever 39 downward. Therefore, an aligning roll 37 goes down, while rotating in the direction of an arrow, and is brought into contact with a form P, which is conveyed toward the rear part of the guiding body 25. When the form P, stuck in a stack part by this conveyance, is skewed, the corner A of the form P abuts on the guiding body 25. Then the aligning roll 37 sends the form P in the direction of an arrow C, while it is sliding with a point A as a fulcrum. Eventually, the form P can be closely along the surface of the guiding part 25, and its skew is corrected. Thus, since the aligning roll 37 arranges the form P correctly, the form P is not skewed or fed out in horizontal dislocation state, thereby obtaining a satisfactory overlap transfer and a satisfactory double- sided transfer.
