PURPOSE: To eliminate a discrepancy of position of substances by linking a turntable to hold a substance loading conveyer and a rotary member installed to a motor shaft with a rod, and gradually changing the speed at the starting and the stopping of rotation of the turntable.

CONSTITUTION: A conveyer 2 on which substances are loaded is loaded on a turntable 3 without disturbing the conveyance, and the conveying direction of the conveyer 2 is changed by the rotation of the turntable 3. A motor 6 is furnished close to the turntable 3, and a diskform rotary member 8 is pivoted to the rotation shaft of the motor 6. A rod 5 is pivoted rotatable to a pin 9 furnished hung at the periphery of the rotary member 8 and a pin erected at the periphery of the rotary member 8. As a result, the rotation of the rotary member 8 is changed to a linear movement of the rod 5, and the displacement in the axial direction varies in a sine curve form. Consequently, the rotation of the turntable 3 is gradually changed near the starting and stopping of the rotation, and the discrepancy of the position of the substances owing to the inertia can be prevented.
