The device main body 15 of a delivery device 13 is formed to be separable into an upper component 20 and a lower component 19. The lower component 19 is shaped so that the height of its upper surface decreases in B direction and so that the height position of the track side end of the upper surface is equal to or greater than that of the upper surface of a track. The lower surface 20a of the upper component 20 is shaped to extend along the shape of the upper surface of the lower component 19 and the deck of a replacement truck traveling on the track is shaped to extend along the lower surface 20a of the upper component. Further, the height position of the deck on the side of the delivery device 13 is approximately the same as that of the track side end of the upper surface of the lower component 19.
