Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align disorderly oriented articles in a file of articled of a single file.
SOLUTION: In a conveying mechanism, an aligning conveyor 12 receives disorderly oriented articles and aligns the articles in a single file, and diagonally arranged rollers 14 are provided to drive the articles in the direction of a course and in the direction toward a side wall 32. The widths of the aligning conveyors 12, 150 are provided so that stepped parts 80, 82, 84 are formed in sequence, and a return conveyor device is provided. Further, the return conveyor device is provided with sub-return conveyors II A to IVA, 100 to 104 arranged on the respective stepped parts, or a conveying path to receive an excess articles from the aligning conveyor 12 to turn aside them to a main return conveyor 90, and the main return conveyor is structured to return the articles to the upstream end of the aligning conveyor 12.
