To provide a conveying vehicle having a load carrying vehicle connected to a coaxial two-wheeled vehicle so as to allow the coaxial two-wheeled vehicle to rotate in the direction of rolling.

The conveying vehicle 1 includes: the coaxial two-wheeled vehicle 2 provided with two wheels 13 arranged on the same axis; the load carrying vehicle 3; and a connecting mechanism 4 for connecting the coaxial two-wheeled vehicle 2 and the load carrying vehicle 3. The connecting mechanism 4 is provided with a rolling-rotation permitting section 4a for permitting the coaxial two-wheeled vehicle 2 to rotate in the rolling direction thereof with the direction of travel of the two-wheeled vehicle 2 defined as the axis of the rolling. The connecting mechanism 4 is also provided with a pitching-rotation permitting section 4b for permitting the coaxial two-wheeled vehicle 2 to rotate in the pitching direction thereof with the left/right direction of the coaxial two-wheeled vehicle 2 defined as the axis of pitching.
