The conveying vehicle has a cargo bed and a mounting bed in a hanging manner from four supports provided above wheels. Therefore, the load is distributed in four sides of the cargo bed and the mounting bed. So long as the center of gravity is located within a range of the four supports, the center of gravity tends to be settled immediately below the hanging position and at the center of a vehicle body. Therefore, the toppling risk is reduced, and the balance can be easily ensured.
