A cleaner 8 for staying prevention is provided at a lower side position in the moving direction of a main carrier belt 4 close to a carried article discharge part on the side of a head pulley of a conveyor belt device, this cleaner 8 for staying prevention is constituted of a swing arm 11 axially supported on a frame 9 of the conveyor belt device free to revolve around a horizontal shaft center, a scraper 14 installed on this swing arm 11 and a coil spring 15 interposed between the swing arm 11 and the frame 9 so as to energize this scraper 14 to make contact with a surface of the main carrier belt 4, the scraper 14 is furnished with V type recessed parts 16, 17 in the front and the rear of it, and the V type recessed parts 16, 17 are constituted so as to direct in the opposite direction against the advancing direction of the main carrier belt 4.
