Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily clean a conveyor used for a grain boiler boiling grains such as rice and barley.
CONSTITUTION: In a boiling device feeding steam through a vent hole of a conveyor 2 conveying grains to boil the grains, discharge ports 4 are provided to face the conveyor 2 at the preset interval in the lateral direction to the conveyance direction of the conveyor 2 on the non-conveyance side section of the conveyor 2. High-pressure water is discharged through the discharge ports 4 to remove the rice stuck to the conveyor 2.
