Abstract:
To give large vibration to a box-like object to be conveyed such as a cold insulation container, allowing the crushed ice to be distributed to every corner of the container.SOLUTION: A conveyor device 2 for conveying a cold insulation container 3 in a substantially horizontal conveying direction D, comprises: at least a pair of rollers 21a, 21b having axial centers in a substantially horizontal direction orthogonal to the conveying direction D; a belt 22 wound around the rollers 21a, 21b to be capable of running; diaphragms 23a, 23b for giving vibration to an inner surface of the belt 22; and a crank mechanism 24 for raising and lowering the diaphragms 23a, 23b. The diaphragms 23a, 23b are long members extending in the conveying direction D. According to this configuration, since the diaphragms 23a, 23b are long members, they can continuously vibrate the cold insulation container 3 and are raised and lowered in an oblique vertical direction by the crank mechanism 24, thus the vibration width can be increased compared to a simple vibration motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
