Abstract:
To provide a conveying dryer capable of quickly processing a large amount of food, and hardly allowing uneven drying to occur.SOLUTION: A conveying dryer 1 comprises a drying chamber 2 structured to comprise drying chambers 2a, 2b, 2c linked one after another. and a permeable belt conveyer 3 that comprises a permeable belt 3c supported by a plurality of rollers 3a and driven by a motor 3b to travel through the inside of the drying chamber 2. A hot air fan 4 comprising a fan 4a and a heater 4b is provided on each of the three drying chambers 2a, 2b, 2c respectively, to feed hot air into each of the drying chambers, and a first exhaust duct 5 is disposed below the drying chambers 2a, 2b, 2c to discharge air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
