A rotor 4 of a conveyor feed detecting device 1 presses a conveyor belt 6 from above, and a belt receiver 5 is positioned under the conveyor belt 6. The conveyor belt 6 is pinched by the rotor 4 and the belt receiver 5, and vibration and vertical movement of the conveyor belt 6 is eliminated. A detecting wheel 3 is rotated by the quantity of a command value of the conveyor feed, and distance becomes equal to the feed of the conveyor belt 6. At the time of cutting, a suction device is controlled by a suction pressure variable device, and operated in the high suction pressure condition. A sheet member to be cut can be fixed by the high suction pressure on a top surface of the conveyor belt 6 for cutting through a suction hole of a suction table and a suction hole of the conveyor belt 6.
