A pusher device 15 includes a carrying element 16 restrained to a chain 14 by a pin 17 and a start 19, and an unlockable pusher element 25. The pusher element 25 includes a base 26 and a molded lever 27 capable of oscillation, and the lever 27 has an addition 31 on the opposite side to a surface for pushing a product 13 on a slide surface 12. The lever 27 is normally locked to the carrying element 16 to be vertically kept by an elastic engagement means comprising a spring, a roller, and a dent, and unlocked to oscillate in the direction of an arrow 39 when it collides with an obstacle. As the lever 27 reaches around a gear wheel by further advance of the chain 14, the addition 31 is engaged with the chain 14 to operate as a cam, when it is locked to the carrying element 16 again.
