PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the support rigidity of a conveyor.SOLUTION: There is provided a supporting structure of a belt conveyor 4 of a substrate carrying mechanism 3 including a pair of belt conveyors 4 supported on a base 2. The base 2 includes a table part 20 having a base surface 20a and a base part 26 integrally formed with the table part 20 so as to protrude upward from the base surface 20a.
