PURPOSE: To convey things in different directions from two loading points by combining several long belt conveyors via relay conveyors for making full use of their long belts on the going and returning sides for conveying things in going and returning.

CONSTITUTION: A long belt conveyor A is composed of a belt 3 stretched between pulleys 1 and 2, and provided with a reversing part consisting of guide rollers 5. When the object to be conveyed is loaded on the starting end of the going side of the belt 3 in the conveyor A from a hopper (a) at a loading point, the object can be successively conveyed to a discharge point as using going-side belts 3 of succeeding belt conveyors A. Meanwhile, the object to be conveyed can be successively conveyed from a chute (b) at the discharge point to the going-side belt 3 of the conveyor A via a loading belt conveyor 6, the going-side belt 3 of the conveyor A, and a relay belt conveyor 8, and discharged through a discharge belt conveyor 7.
