To provide a transport device capable of adjusting a suction region with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The transport device includes a transport mechanism 20 for transporting a paper sheet S, which is one of mediums and a suction mechanism 30 for sucking a paper sheet S onto the transport mechanism 20 by a suction force.
