An orderer's terminal device 3, a center server 2 which manages information about the cook who is on board a patrol vehicle 5 and information on foods carried on a vehicle, and a cook's terminal device 8 carried on the patrol vehicle 5 are connected via a network 6. When a cooking request is ordered from the orderer's terminal device 3 to the center server 2, a list on cooking is transmitted from the center server 2 to the orderer's terminal device 3, and the orderer B transmits information which specifies the cooking and a dispatch location from the orderer's terminal device 3 to the center server 2 with reference to the cooking list. Then, the cooking request to dispatch the cook to the location where the orderer B specified is transmitted from the center server 2 to the cook's terminal device 8.
