Abstract:
To prepare a cooked food for heating with a microwave oven without generating heating unevenness in the food in the heating with the microwave oven.
This cooked food for heating with a microwave oven has beaten cream attached to the food. The beaten cream is preferably an O/W-type emulsion or W/O-type emulsion and preferably contains a sugar. The beaten cream is preferably applied to the part hard for heating with the microwave oven, e.g. nearly the center part of the food. The food for heating with a microwave oven is in frozen state.
