In this cooked material heat-insulation device for covering and heat-insulating a cooked material with a cover body 1 whose top is closed and bottom is opened, constituted by the resin 1b of low heat-conductivity on the outer surface. An air heat-insulation layer 1c and the metal of high heat-conductivity compose the inner surface. An electronic cooling device composed of a Peltier element 6, heat exchangers 7 and 8, a heat insulating material 10 and a blower 9 is provided on the top so that the inside of the cover body 1 can be cooled and heat-insulated.
