Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked rice-forming device having a good maintenance property and capable of supplying uniform quality cooked rice balls stably and continuously.
SOLUTION: This cooked rice-forming device is provided by pushing cooked and rolled rice R for sushi into a forming cylinder hole 431 together with wasabi W from a hopper 2 through a rolling part 3 with a first forming piston 41, press-forming the rice ball Rc by nipping the rice R from both sides together with a second forming piston 42 in the forming cylinder hole 431, conveying the formed rice balls Rc on a same plane with a loading part 5 accompanying with the rotation of the forming rotor 43 and pushing out the rice balls on a stage 51 by a pushing out piston.
