To improve maintenance by cooking without staining the interior of a cooking chamber in a cooker and an electromagnetic induction heating-type cooker.
In the cooker having the cooking chamber storing ingredients to be cooked which are placed on a cooking tray, an opening and closing door to load and unload the ingredients into and from the cooking chamber, a top face heating means to heat the top face of the ingredients and a cooking tray heating means to heat the cooking tray, a functional cooking tray in which the topmost portion of the side of the cooking tray is provided up to the top face of the cooking chamber and the inside of the cooking tray is stainlessly finished is also provided. Though oil and the like caused from the ingredients every time the cooker is used adheres to the cooking tray, it can effectively be cleaned off.
