To provide a cooker for a roast meat and the like which can be immediately installed, securely discharges smoke when cooking the roast meat and the like generating smoke in a room, and is securely removed and stored after use.

The cooker is composed of an outer pan and an inner pan. The inner pan is attachably and detachably mounted in the outer pan spacing a proper interval. A grill is set in the inner pan. Many sucking holes are drilled on the upper part of a grill setting part of the inner pan. A discharge opening is disposed on the outer pan, and a discharge tube is attachably and detachably disposed at the discharge opening. A heat source is freely set in the lower part of the grill. An electric fan is disposed in the discharge tube.
