To provide a cooker by which an extracted liquid component can be easily poured out from a bottle through a lid body without mixing the liquid component with a waste.
The cooker 1 in which a tubular filter device 41 whose upper end portion is supported by a lid body 31 is housed in a bottle 21 having a rotary edge 26 arranged in its lower portion and whose upper end opening is opened and closed by a lid body 31 separates a material crashed by the rotation of the rotary edge 26 a liquid component extracted between the filter device 41 and the bottle 21 and a waste accumulated in the inner portion of the filter device 41. The lid body 31 has a lower lid 32 (a lid body) and an upper lid 33 (an opening and closing member). The lower lid 32 has: a fitting portion 32a to which a waterproof packing 34 coming into close contact with the inner peripheral face of the upper end opening portion of the bottle 21 is secured; a material charging opening 32b arranged inside of the fitting portion 32a and through which the material is charged into the filter device 41; and a liquid component outlet 35 arranged between the fitting portion 32a and the material charging opening 32b. The upper lid 33 is secured to the lower lid 32 to open and close the material charging opening 32b.
