Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize a cooking surface temperature without use of a special heater in a cooker having a cooking surface with a relatively wide area.SOLUTION: A cooker 1 includes a cooking plate 2 that has a surface of an iron plate 20 used as a cooking surface 2A, and a heater 3 that is arranged below the cooking plate 2 to heat the cooking plate 2. In the cooking plate 2, a high heat conduction layer 21 formed from a material higher in thermal conductivity than a material for the iron plate 20 is provided below the iron plate 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
