Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of rapidly heating food using steam.SOLUTION: A heating cooker instantaneously generates a large amount of steam by preliminarily heating a temperature rising part 16 of a steam heat water generation device 14 to a prescribed temperature and pouring water equal to or more than a prescribed amount V (per unit time) on the temperature rising part 16, also winds up heated water attached to the temperature rising part 16, and blows out the steam and the heated water from a steam heat water discharge port 5 via a relay tube 30 and the steam chamber 31 from the steam port 20 at once under the gathered steam pressure to apply the steam and the heated water to foods 2a, 2b to heat them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
