Abstract:
To provide a cooker such as a mixer or a food processor that can rotate a cooking tool while ultrasonically vibrating it, to thereby enhance cooking efficiency of food and restrain oxidation of the food.SOLUTION: A cooker 10: comprises a body 20 housing a motor 22 comprising an output shaft 23; a cooking container 41 fitted to an upper part of the body; and a cooking tool 50 to be rotated in the cooking container. The cooker comprises a drive side coupling 36 on the output shaft, and a cooking tool side coupling 53 on the cooking tool. The drive side coupling and the cooking tool side coupling are engaged so that they can be integrally rotated. The cooker comprises an ultrasonic vibrator 30 between the output shaft and the drive side coupling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
