PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker and a household power control system capable of suppressing a total power usage amount of household electric appliances and capable of confirming abnormality monitoring data and identification information of the heating cooker easily.SOLUTION: An input/output unit for short-distance communication and a storage device for storing abnormality monitoring information in time series are provided in a heating cooker body. When abnormality occurs, abnormality monitoring data and identification information of the heating cooker can be transmitted to a cellular phone terminal via the input/output unit for short-distance communication. Also, in a power command device for controlling power of each of a plurality of household electric appliances and for controlling a total power usage amount of a household, a display panel is provided which includes: a storage device for reading the abnormality monitoring data acquired by the cellular phone terminal by radio communication and accumulating it; and an input operation unit for allowing a user to arbitrarily display the abnormality monitoring data stored in the storage device.
